ORDERS
You may place your order at www.shoplovelot.com website. Please ensure that your personal data is correct and updated. A confirmation email will be sent with every order placed successfully.
Please ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colour and sizes before placing an order.
Order will be cancelled if payment hasn’t been made within 24 hours.
Please note, once your order has been placed, your order may not be cancelled.
GARMENT FABRIC CARE
*Use gentle machine wash with normal temperature.
*Hand wash with cold water, rinse and dry well before hanging.
*Laundry bag/net is highly recommended to keep the garment in good condition.
*Separate your laundry into Dark & Light colour to prevent colour bleeding and keep your clothes looking their best.
*Always rinse your new item in cold water before wearing to avoid colour runs.
*Avoid washing denim or other coarse materials with soft fabric to prevent piling.
*Always iron on low heat. (Steam Iron is recommended)
*Please do not soak for long period.
*We suggest not to use too much softener or detergent. (Bleach is not recommended).
Delivery
Shipping fee will be shown upon checkout on our website.
Parcels will be sent out from Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local Public Holiday.
Ready stocks order will be shipped out within 1-3 working days upon payment verification.
Please note that for order consist of backorder items & ready stocks, parcel will only be sent out when all items are ready. In the event where customer do not wish to wait, extra postage fee will be collected for sending separate batch of parcel.
All orders are shipped out according to order number, no combined order is allowed.
